Approval flow

Hi,

 

I encountered two issues while creating a simple automated approval follow:

1. Approval flow automatically get "Rejected" even without hitting the "Approve" button.

2. Keep on receiving pending approval emails even approval have been granted until I turn off the automated flow 

 

Not sure where I have gone wrong.

    @Anonymous 

     

    In your condition- Use "Outcome" not Respone & Use "Approve" not "approve".

    So condition is like - Outcome is equal to Approve

    Flow is case sensitive.

    Hi @Anonymous,

     

    Reason of the second issue is caused you put Approval request into a loop - Apply to each action, so it will send approval request again and again based on the number of members for this value:Annotation 2020-06-24 094602.jpg
