Hello,

 

the webdemo doesn't work, even when I authorized it. I get an error everytime I want to try it.

The errorcode is:

 

Error: Etwas Unerwartetes ist aufgetreten. Wir gehen dem nach. Fehlercode: IntegratedAuthenticationNotSupportedInChannel. Unterhaltungs-ID: 6pJuIHaN7IjGxk5TBOFIVf-eu. Zeit (UTC): 1/19/2024 8:04:30 AM.

    Hello I have the same error....
     
    "An error has occurred. Error code: AuthenticationNotConfigured Conversation Id: Ce7jraQ0cDFB4zMIy6PLds-eu Time (UTC): 2025-01-09T16:15:56.314Z."
     
    The error seams to be know and solved already here : Solved: IntegratedAuthenticationNotSupportedInChannel but actually the bug is still open..
    Can we have a solution as possible ?

    Hello, finally I found the solution...
     
    This error appears because in your Copilot agent database you have at least one knowledgs which requires authentification,
    In my case I was a sharepoint connexion which was required MS identification
