Hello,
Can anyone shed some light on why I am unable to add this user to the Dynamics environment when they meet all the access requirements? User is enabled and a member of the Environment Security Group.

Hi ! I have encountered this. By sending a link of a Power App belonging to this environment, it allowed the user to be identified as "connected" in the environment atleast one time and then it worked. How did you solve the issue on your side ? Thanks
