Remove apps from PowerApp

Hello there,

I have 3 apps that i created and made it public to the company. I need these apps to work and they have to be shared with everyone.

The problem here is, i don't want 2 of these apps to be displayed on the PowerApp aplication.

Is there anyway i can remove these apps off the aplications (both for me and everyone)? If not, is there a way to hide it atleast?

Also, is there a way to remove the example apps from the application?

Thank you

There's no way to "hide" an app and still have it able to execute, but it is easy to delete an app entirely from PowerApps.  If you want to save it for future reference, you can export it first to save the app, then delete it from PowerApps.  From the PowerApps Home page in the web app, click on the 3 dots next to the application you want to eliminate.  Both Export and Delete appear on that menu, as shown below.

    Hello there,

Thank you for the quick response, but this isn't really what im looking for.

I'm using PowerApp for something on PC, therefore, i can't delete those apps. But i don't want people to use the app from mobile as well.

Is there a way to get this?

Also, is there a way to remove the "Office Apps"?

    Thank you for your help!

Unfortunately this is not currently possible.  Here's an earlier post on the topic:  https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussion/Hiding-Shared-Apps-From-Users/m-p/204781#M65702

    Hi there,

One last question. Is it possible to identify which device is being used to use that app?
