SharePoint list text to change colour?

Hi

Is there any way to have the text in sharepoint change

Eg submit the data for new item and approved.
When new item is created and sumbit, new data received is red upon approved turn to blue amd when open the view it turn to bllack ? Something like this

If your list is formatted for the New Experience (Advanced Settings), do the following.
Format current view
Advanced
Type in your JSON code - refer to this document for the instructions (this link is at the bottom).
