Corporate account does not log in

Hi guys!

I was using Power Automate Desktop with my corporate account, but I suddenly lost my access, as if my account no longer exists. I created an account on onmicrosoft.com, but it doesn't have my flows. Is there a way to link the onmicrosoft.com account to my old corporate account so I can recover my flows?

I have the same question (0)

if you log in to the regular Power Automate web site with your corporate account you should see your desktop flows under MyFlows > Desktop Flows.  You may have been on a trial license for your Power Automate Desktop with your corporate account.  If you edit them from the regular Power Automate site it should launch the Desktop app under your corporate account.

But I can't log in with my corporate account on the regular Power Automate website. I get a message that "This username may not be correct. Please make sure you've entered it correctly. If not, contact your administrator."

Sorry for the confusion.  Your post said you were using Power Automate Desktop.  If you can't login to Power Automate with your corporate account you need to check with your Tenant Global Admin.  You can also try logging into https://office.com and using the menu to go to Power Automate.

When I installed Power Automate Desktop at login I was asked to sign in with a Microsoft account, when I clicked create a new account I created the account using my corporate email, then I was able to log into Power Automate Desktop with my email account email, I started creating the flows and everything was working fine, except that my account was logged out, and I can no longer access Power Automate with my corporate account.

For that you'll need open a support call with Microsoft.  Normally the system will keep you from creating a Microsoft account using an Office 365 Work or School account to prevent this kind of problem.  They are two different systems and although they use the same email they can have different passwords.

I contacted Microsoft, they said they couldn't open a ticket because I'm using the free version of Power Automate. Anyway, thank you so much for your time and help!
