After the 2-minute window, I would like to use the "Get Emails" action to check if any email body contains the acknowledgment keyword. If no email is found with the acknowledgment, I need to inform the L3 team within the same email thread initially sent to the L4 team.

Use the “Send an e-mail with options” action and set the timeout to two minutes. Then, add parallel actions below it. On one side, set up the actions for when a response is received within two minutes. On the other side, set up the actions for when no response is received within two minutes. Ensure the first action in this branch is configured to run only if the “Send an e-mail with options” action times out.
