I was wondering if there's a way where I can scan a barcode and have it automatically sent to my Sharepoint list. I have a scan button, and once I press it, I want to be able to scan the barcode and tap submit, and have it update my list

You can use the OnScan property to set this.
ForAll(BarcodeReader1.Barcodes,Patch('Student Store',Defaults('Student Store'),{'Student Course - GUID':ThisRecord.Value}))
This formula creates a new record for every barcode scanned in SharePoint list called 'Student Store'.
