REFramework, but for Power Automate Desktop

This question has been asked before (here and here), but we didn't have work queues back then. Now that we have work queues to help make automations transactional, are there any good examples of a desktop flow template similar to UiPath's REFramework? Features include:

  • Transaction error handling
  • Initialize, close, and reinitialize applications on transaction application error
  • Capture screenshots per transaction error, not just flow failure.
I have the same question (0)

There is no generally accepted framework or anything like that. If you want that, you need to build it yourself.

From experience, I can confirm it is definitely possible to do all of that, as I have built a framework like that myself for the projects we deliver to our clients.

    Hi @joelzehring

As others said, There is no official template for reframework like thing in Power automate desktop as of now.

For temporary purposes, you can use subflow concepts , But to design something like that of REFramework, you need some actions simmilar to state machines 🙂

    Hi @joelzehring ,

Officially there is no such framework available in PAD.

But you can try building same framework as RE-Framework in PAD also as shown in below image.
