Is it possible to install older versions of Power Automate Desktop ? If we notice an issue with a latest version after upgrading PAD, is it possible to go back to the previous version of PAD we had on the machine ?

Not unless you get the previous installation executable from somewhere/someone.
I contacted Microsoft support team - they provided me the installer for the older version of PAD.

Also, although this is an older version, Microsoft previously posted a link to the installer in the Learn document, so I will share that as well.
