Create Pivot Table & List rows present in table

Hi guys!

Im new in Power Automate and I am having an issue trying to automate some stuff. I will explain my problem:

I have an excel file that is sent by email to me every monday, that excel file contains data without anything special, here a photo just in case:

Now I want to send an email to those who have an X (The email column is one of the last columns).

How can I do that?

I saw that If I created a Pivot Table it can be easily done. The problem there is that whenever I create the pivot table with Excel, I cannot use the "List rows present in a table" because the new table is not appearing:

How can I use this to at the same time?

As Im new, any tip or trick would be useful and if this is not possible, why?

    Hi @iglesias6

Welcome. I see this often but its not a Pivot Table, its a Table wrapper. Like this.

    1. Click Insert

    2. Click Table, not Pivot Table

    3. Select your rows (and check if one is a header row).

    And save and done 🙂

    Hi @iglesias6

it looks like 2 different files. In the list rows you do not show a Folder Name

    FLMike_0-1697133502160.png

but in the create table you have a folder name

    I believe thats why.

Can someone explain me how to create a table in an excel file and then use it in a "List rows present in a table"?

    Hi @iglesias6

You need to use the DYnamic Output property called name from the Create Table.

    Like this

Okey, I am using that now. But I need some help with creating an expression:

    iglesias6_0-1697137706913.png

The expression there is the following:

    first(outputs('Get_tables')?['body/value'])

This is bringing me an Array which has the following result:

I only want to get the name. How can I get it in a compose expression?
