No way to tell what Power platform version each environment is in

Hello,
I was trying to do some testing in my Sandbox environments (UAT & DEV) prior to the April release.  Production is on semi annual.
There appears to be no way to tell what power platform version an environment is on.

DEV is on a monthly channel release, dataverse version 9.2.26023.175
UAT is on a monthly channel release, dataverse version 9.2.26024.173
Prod is on a semi-annual release, dataverse version 9.2.26024.173

Whilst dataverse version "indicates" the power platform that is not conclusive especially once we are in April.
The general release is for "April".  How will I know when UAT or DEV is updated so know that I can test before Production is updated?
How are the dataverse versions different?  This is causing significant issues testing.

I would suggest Microsoft bring back some information into the Environments so there is some concrete information to check an environments version.
I have the same question (0)

This is mainly due to Microsoft’s modern release approach, where updates are delivered gradually using feature flags and phased rollouts. As a result, even if two environments show the same Dataverse version, they may still have differences in available features. This can understandably make testing and validation more challenging.
