Can someone please help on below.
I have created a workflow where the information will route to a Sharepoint from a Form. An email notification will sent to the Requestor when the Form is approved. There is a table in the email notification summarising the sample requested in the Form. Below is the workflow looks like.
The issue i am facing now is , when there is a few request coming in at the same time (e.g. 3 requests), then when a 1st request is approved, the item capture will be the 3rd request because i have formula to extract the last created item. Please help to rectify this formula. Screenshot of "Get Item" as below:
What can i do whereby the "Get Item" capture the information as per the "Create item" so that the table created is as per the create item?

Get item (not the same as per Create Item)
