Hi all. I am putting together a Citizen Developer initiative at my gov't organization. I am looking to see if there are any fed or state orgs who have put together successful applications that have improved your business operations that were not made by your IT department. Just a very quick 1 to 2 sentence description of what it is and the effect it had or is having on your org would be great! I really appreciate the assistance.
