Reg: Drop down selection is not working

Hi,

I am very new to power automate and just trying to do some RPA for daily routine task in my organization.

The problem is that I couldn’t select the drop-down list in a web page. I presume the issue is due to that when I hover the mouse over the drop down, the box name is getting changed as below.

Kindly help me on this to select the data from drop-down. Also the drop down has only one value in it .

Have you tried with below action?

Also you can use other options like send keys or javascript to set the dropdownlist values.

If you want to select a particular Field from Drop Down you use the action as below.

Dear Madhava,

PAD activity of Select from dropdown list won't work for all applications due to framework differences.
Try to click on that dropdown and use populate text / send keys activity. It works.

Pradeep,
Even i couldnt able to click the link using "Click on webpage". As i said earlier when i move the mouse over the list the status/name getting changes from -- to "Select" as mentioned above.
