Adding visualizations to the response

I have an agent created in copilot studio and uses an mcp server to query postgres db and return the responses. I am publishing the agent in copilot and teams channels. I want to be able to ask the agent to draw the pie, bar charts for the responses received. How to do this. Please advise at the earliest.
