Power Apps showing different Date/Time for Field pulled from Dataverse Table

so in my flow, before I post the date/time of an assigned case to the Dataverse, I am converting it from UTC, to CST.

So when I pull the table in Power Bi, the stamped time is CST.

Example from Power Bi:

I am loading the view up in my App now.  The date and time for these two are different.  Its not UTC, as I think 5:42AM CST is 11:42AM UTC...I think.

The app is showing it the opposite.  It is from the previous day at 11:42PM.

First, what timezone is this?

How do I correct this in the App to show the timezone in CST?

    So doing this:

    DateAdd(ThisItem.Assignment_Time,-TimeZoneOffset(ThisItem.Assignment_Time),Minutes)

This gives me the correct Time in Hours/Minutes, but the date is still yesterday, and instead of AM like it should be, it is still PM.

@RandyHayes  so I got what I wanted by doing this...

    DateAdd(ThisItem.Assignment_Time,6,Hours)

My concern is what you brought up yesterday with Daylight Savings Time.

is this the correct way to do this?

    Hi @lardo5150 ,

That's great, It seems that your problem has been solved by yourself, you might consider marking your answer as a 'solution' to close the case.

    Best Regards,
