Hi Everyone
I've been facing a rather perplexing issue with Windows Server Failover Clustering on Intel server hardware, and I'm hoping to get some insights and assistance from anyone who might have encountered a similar problem or has expertise in this area.
I have set up a Windows Server Failover Cluster on a system powered by Intel hardware. The primary goal of this cluster is to ensure high availability and failover support for critical applications. However, I've been experiencing some unexpected behavior that I can't seem to pin down:
Intermittent Failures: The cluster failover doesn't always work as expected. Sometimes, during testing, failover is successful, but other times, it fails to transition smoothly, causing downtime and application disruption.
Resource Coordination: It appears that certain resources within the cluster, like virtual machines and applications, are not coordinating as they should during failover events. This leads to inconsistent behavior and sometimes even application crashes.
Performance Impact: I've noticed that the performance of the cluster nodes is not consistent. There are occasional spikes in resource utilization during normal operation, which might be related to the failover issues.
Help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue. Let's collaborate and work towards finding a solution together.
Thank you all in advance for your time and support!
Not sure if you realized you posted in the wrong forum and posted over there.
