Hi,
I'm using AI Capabilities in my bot, I've added two internal SharePoint Online sites to my bot.
The documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/nlu-boost-node#authentication) states that "Currently when you use the test chat, it will make calls using the account used to sign in to powerva.microsoft.com."
This doesn't work for me and it tells me that authentication has not been set up for the bot.
Because of the above, I have set up authentication as per the instructions, including relevant permissions Sites.Read.All, Files.Read.All (delegated).
When I did this the bot still did not work from the Test Bot pane, however, it did work from the Demo website channel, but it only worked once.
I also now get errors when using authentication in the Test Bot pane, the Sign In Topic errors out:
Any help out there for this please?
I am getting 405 errors when pointing to a public site with no authentication needed.
I work for a county government and our public website is built on Civic Plus www.civicplus.com
When we try to add the url to the "Boost your conversations with GPT" field using either the root
or
We get the following error within 10 seconds.
