Unable to search for items after 500

Hi, I have about 1000 records in my database, but im not able to see or search items after the 500 mark. what to do?

    Is the 500 you see on a Gallery or a Dropdown? A screenshot will make it clear.

    Meanwhile go to File... Setting... Advanced setting and increase delegation limit to 2000.
