I am using Markdown to return images in Teams, and it works very well. However, I would like to use the PVA in Web (by using CSS), but the image just auto-size with the size of text bubble and ignore the sizing in Markdown. How do I adjust the size of the image if I want to use PVA in web?
My markdown: { width=50 height=50 }

The image will follow the size of Markdown in Teams:
The image ignored the size in Markdown and just auto-size by the text bubble.
