I'm looking for ideas or suggestions on how to setup my app due to change of requirements
So the app starts with a Home Screen which has a gallery linked to an initial SharePoint list which contains the from the following columns: BuildingName; RAGStatus - this is how I currently have it setup.
When you create a new form, the initial screen loads where you can choose the Building and the Topic - this is in the initial SharePoint list named "DocData".
Then we have a gallery that is linked to the "colDocDataSP" SharePoint list - this allows repeating functionality so that multiple sub-topics can be chosen from the set Building and Topic on the "DocData" SharePoint list.
Due to a change in requirements however, I've now been informed that there is a requirement for each building to have multiple Topics and then be able to choose multiple Subtopics - so this leads me to go down the same route as the Subtopic repeating table gallery for the Topic.
This is a breakdown of how the process should work.
It would be interesting to find out your views on how this should be displayed, whether it's all on one screen or via next buttons to galleries on different screens - eg. the Subtopic screen would show (via labels) the choice values from the previous screen for "Topic".
