attaching a document in approval email

Hello community,

I am stuck with a workflow and am looking for some guidance.

I have an access control workflow that requests users for information.

Once the users provide the information, it goes to the approver for authorization. Options we have is approved or denied access.

Once the approver approves the request, the user receives an email which has two attachments in the email.

I have been having hard time attaching the documents in the email.

I had tried --> get metadata --> get content and get metadata 1 and get content 1 as there are two documents but the flow is failing.

The dynamic content under get metadata and get metadata 1 is different.

I am sure this is silly and must be a quick fix. Would appreciate assistance.

If there are other options of attaching the file without using the file content and metadata, that is simple please let me knwo.

Hi @asifk ，

When you send an approval, Flow will automatically send an email to the recipient's email address.
