Hello everyone,

I have a Power Apps application with the following licenses.

Initially, the application was deployed in a development environment, and everything was working correctly.

However, after deploying the application to a production environment, the system now requires each user to have a license in order to access the app.

What should I do?

Hi @gikido,

If I am understanding you correctly, this is quite normal - any user running a Power App needs the appropriate licence for the connectors/data sources the app is accessing - or is your question something else ?

Yes, every user must have the appropriate license, but wouldn’t the licenses shown in the screenshot be sufficient? Also, the application uses a SQL Server connector

The above license helps you create Power Apps application is standard connectors such as (SharePoint, Excel, One-drive) Microsoft / Office 365 products.

If you are connecting the Canvas app with Dataverse, SQL, Databricks these are not standard connectors these belongs to category of premium connectors so the users whom going to perform the CRUD operations with the application they need they premium license.

Adding to what @MS.Ragavendar has posted on the required licences, your post was not clear on who had the licences I have a Power Apps application with the following licenses hence my response. SQL requires Premium licenses for all users.
