Next best access after Power Platform Admin

Hello All,

I need to assess existing Power Platform but for security reason I cannot have the Power Platform Admin role, I already have the Global Reader role but that isn't supported at this point of time in Power Platform.

Which is the next best role I should try and still be able to perform the assessment at tenant level, I can go with System Admin role for environment level but again it would only give me access to everything at environment level.

So just trying to understand what is the next best elevated access after Power Platform Admin ?

Hi,

have you considered adding security role in the certain environment?

For your purpose it's enough to get role which is related to Power Platform environment,

The roles in descending order are:

- System Administrator

- System Customizer

- many others

Yes but the below listed access would only be environment specific, isn't there anything which is tenant level apart from Power Platform admin?

Yes, you are right jinivthakkar, it's only environment scoped.

If there is such a role applied to all environments, I'm not aware of it. :)

I had to settle for a System Administrator role for the environment.
