Editable Forms and Saving

After a save function my editable screen disappears. The second screenshot shows the editable disappears.

The first screenshot shows my record selection on my left pane ( Editable form ) and details on the right pane. This is the behavior I am looking for.

But when I save the form my right pane disappears. What did I leave out or not understanding.

After a save the editable form is no longer VIEWABLE. The top screenshot is where I want to end up after a save.

Did I explain my problem properly don't think so.
Basically I have a left panel and right panel. The left pane is a table of selectable data rows. The right panel is my details of the selected data from my left pane.
My problem is SubmitForm(frm_RequisitionDetails);
After my submit and data is saved my right panel goes blank. I have to select another record from my left panel before I can see another record. Otherwise the screen goes blank.

I found the problem and fixed it by referencing the table of data rows.
