Microsoft forms not triggering flow

Hi, I have a flow that was working fine until the last few days. Basically the flow triggers when a response has been provided to a form and stores the data in a SharePoint list. I had made a change to include some steps to convert the data to a PDF document. If I test the flow using previously submitted data the flow works fine and the document is produced, however if I created a new entry using the online form the flow does not trigger at all.

I have seen in some previous posts that this may have been an issue a few months back, anyone any ideas?

Thanks,

    @ayman8

    Can you post a screen shot of your Flow?

    @ScottShearer

    Its quite long (and probably not the cleanest) so split over a few screenshots.

    Hi @ayman8 ,

    It seems that this form is a group form.

    Please try to get the form id from here and paste this id to the trigger.

    You could click enter custom value to fill this id.

    Please take a try and check if it works.

    @v-bacao-msft thanks but this is already what I have (see below).

    As I mentioned, the flow did actually work ok, and does when I use the test function with previously submitted data, so all does seem ok with the actual flow. It is the trigger that doesn't seem to be working.

    Hi @ayman8 ,

    Have you obtained the correct Form id? The Form id in the screenshot seems a bit strange.

    Please try to create a simple Flow to test the trigger.

    I have made a test on my side, this trigger works well.

    Hi @v-bacao-msft

    Yes it is the correct Form ID. I even tested it by taking a copy of the flow and stripping it right back and leaving in just creating the item on the SharePoint list and it worked fine (see below).

    So there is something else causing it not to trigger, which seems very strange that you don't even get an error message, or if you test it with previously used data it works ok?

    Hi @ayman8 ,

    So now the new Flow can be triggered normally?

    We often solve the problem that Flow cannot be triggered by creating a new Flow. There may be many reasons why the previous Flow cannot be triggered. We need to grab HTTP requests and responses for analysis. I'm afraid I can't help you do this kind of analysis.

    If you want to find out why, please consider contacting Microsoft support to assist you:

    Hi @v-bacao-msft

    Yes recreating the flow from scratch seems to have fixed the issue.

    Thanks

    Confirming that this is currently a new issue for my flows as well. Two flows triggered by form submissions were working from May 2022 until 13 Feb 2023, but no longer working as at 16 Feb 2023 with no changes and no clear explanation.
