Hi, I have a flow that was working fine until the last few days. Basically the flow triggers when a response has been provided to a form and stores the data in a SharePoint list. I had made a change to include some steps to convert the data to a PDF document. If I test the flow using previously submitted data the flow works fine and the document is produced, however if I created a new entry using the online form the flow does not trigger at all.
I have seen in some previous posts that this may have been an issue a few months back, anyone any ideas?

If the flow is built using a trigger based on FormsPro or a CustomerVoice survey, a workaround is to build a trigger based on the row in Dataverse

We are having the same issue from the past few days. Microsoft can you please fix.. this is very annoying!
Worked for me after I turned off the flow and turned it back on. Something seems off and idk if this issue gets repeated but such a silly issue on this big of a platform and these types of issues arise every now and them for me. What a poor platform to rely on tbh.
I JUST TRIED TURNING THE FLOW OFF AND BACK ON AND IT WORKS NOW

My Flow stopped working on the 14 of February. Still does not work today. Frustrating...
I've just read on another forum that turning the flow off and on again fixed the issue for someone.
Just tried this on my flows and seemed to have fixed the issue.
Me too, with several flows for different forms. Very frustrating.
