I'm a noob with PVA and I'm using Generative Answers in AI Capabilities. I get the answer when I ask "Pottery schedule", but I'll get the fallback answer when I ask "Pottery Hours". What's the best way of training my bot to give the correct answer if someone asks the same question with a different phrase?

Synonym Extraction: In Power Virtual Agents, you can create an entity list of resource names with their resource ID as a synonym, which allows the chatbot to understand and respond to either the name or the ID. This practice can be extended to other synonymous phrases or similar queries.
