Hi, We're having a Storage Accounts with Firewall restrictions,the following settings on the Storage Account (our policy is to Enabled from selected virtual networks and IP addresses). Please provide us the documentation on how we can connect the restricted storage account to Microsoft copilot studio. However from public network setting in storage account we are able to connect using the connector.Thanks in advance for the help!
Not sure there is straightforward answer to this today unfortunately -- I would suggest you investigate further on-premises data gateway, potentially coupled with Azure API Management
@HenryJammes
Like you mentioned above that it wont work directly so what are the options to make it work ?
Don't think it will work directly
I already have a storage account with network as public access. I am planning to create a virtual Network and connect the storage account with private endpoint so here when i try to connect power automate with the connectors for the Microsoft copilot studio will it work?
Network isolated resources won't be reachable natively. But you can look at things like the on-premises data gateway to connect network-isolated resources with Power Automate, etc.
Hi, @HenryJammes ,
As Microsoft suggests i cant use a storage account behind a fire wall does it mean any azure service created in private network will not work as expected in PVA(Microsoft Copilot Studio)
@HenryJammes
Thanks Henry, So the above is the latest document.
Then I think you found the answer -- this isn't supported.
@HenryJammes
Thanks for sharing the above documents,but just to confirm is there any detail documentation on Tags and how we can use in power platform.
Also in one of the Microsoft Documentation saw the below limitation using the azure blob storage connector;
