Gallery goes blank when i add lookup drop down in the form.

I have an app where in the same screen i have a gallery(Quotes) and the form of Quotes, where in the selected gallery item i show data in the form(also they can modify it).In Gallery i have added 3 labels:Name,Created On and Quote ID. But once i add Price List dropdown in the form, Quote ID becomes blank and Name becomes the name of the Price List also the Created on. Same thing happens also if i have Currency.

Is this a bug or anyone else has faced this issue?

Can you share the formula that you have used in Gallery items? Also does this data source has the attributes you are trying to add in the edit form?

Can you try to reattach the images? I am not able to find the images attached by you.

Hi @yashag2255 ,
In Gallery i have linked the Item with Quotes(my datasource) .Form Datasource to Quotes(same data source) and Form item to Gallery.Selected. Yes the data source has the attributes that i am trying to add, Also they are not customcards i am only changing the name of the dropdown (Primary text and Search Text).
