Prevent chatbot from giving the same answer twice

Hi guys!

We're working on a chatbot and I'm running into the following.

* Customer asks question, bot answers

* Customer not satisfied with answer, so rephrases

* Bot gives same answer

In this case, apparently either the bot does not know the correct answer or the wrong trigger is entered for this topic. In any case I would like the bot to 'know' that they have just provided the same answer and I would like to be able to program something like the bot saying 'I'm triggered to give the same answer, but that is probably not what you are looking for. Would you like to rephrase or contact a live agent?'

Is that possible? Thanks in advance!

hi @Anonymous I recommend you to use http://luis.ai/ so with Luis you can add get the intent of the questions user so then you can manage more eficient your aswers for example you could have 10 intensions and one of then could be Non answers so that type of question could be answer as you need.
