Drop Down filter based on a Sharepoint list

Hello! I try to filter a drop down that has as source a list in SharePoint so that i display only users who hold the role of Responsible. This is what I have written so far: Filter('DRF - Users',Role.Value="Responsible") . The problem is that it filters my values but doesn't display them (see the photo)

Change the Value property to the value you want to display.
