I'm not sure if this is an issue with triggers but I am having an issue with getting the "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic. Can you rephrase and try again?" and then the bot responds with the correct response and the correct topic is triggered:
Is this an issue with triggers? I am currently using Message received with conditionals around the text received and whether or not global variables have been set.
Hi @carolinepena it is hard to tell without the details of all the topics involved and their respective triggers. Could you detail a bit more how you set up your bot?
