Adding Group Event to Calendar - TimeZone issue

Good Morning,

I am currently building a flow that is triggered from a PowerApp. The application passes some a date time (format: "EndDate": "9/5/2024 6:00am",). The flow then uses 'Create a group event (v2)' to create an event on a Group Calendar.

The flow is able to add the group event, but the calendar times are incorrect. When viewing the calendar the start/end dates are adjusted to my local time zone from UTC. When opening the event, the time shows correct but as UTC. (See screenshot below)

Any ideas on how to resolve this? I do not see any settings in the flow to adjust the timezone.

Thanks in advance,
Tim

In the Create event (V4) action, which I assume you are using since you do not show your flow, you can specify the time zone. I don't know where your initial date values are coming from, but dates in Microsoft 365 are stored in UTC. Do not convert the date/time in the Start and End Time fields. Use the Time Zone field to select the correct Time Zone.

If you are using some other method to create your calendar events, please share your workflow and show the configuration of the action.
