Publish Agent to MS 365 Copilot Something went wrong

I shared the agent with some users, and I am the maker/owner. However, when I try to add the agent to Microsoft 365 Copilot and click the Add button, I receive an error. I cleared the cache and tested in a private (incognito) window, but I still can’t add it.

    Hi there, 
    try to:
    • Check the agent's publication status in Copilot Studio
    • Verify that the Microsoft 365 Copilot channel is enabled on the agent
    • Contact the IT admin to verify the tenant policies for Copilot Studio
    • Check the M365 Copilot licenses on the account
    • If everything seems correct, open a Microsoft support ticket attaching any error code displayed — the specific error message is essential for an accurate diagnosis

    I am the owner of the agent, and I am having same issue as well, Agent is published in copilot studio but still not able to add it in M365 Copilot. Other users just get blank screen when try to add the agent in Teams or M365 Copilot.
