Is there a way to change the standard reply? For example in all our own reply's we use informal language. In the standard reply's more formal language is used. It would be nice to change that.

In the PVA unified authoring canvas, you can update default topics bot messages to adopt the tone of voice you'd like. See here: Create and edit topics (preview) - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn
