The response is not in a JSON format Cognito forms

Hi Everyone, 
I'm unable to find any prominent reason for bad request while getting document of Cognito Forms. I was only able to submit 5 forms successfully. Then started getting "The response is not in a JSON format"  error. here I'm using Pro version of Cognito Forms
