I currently have a form that is shared via Teams. This form allows for input to be collected, along with up to 3 attachments, to be sent via email. The form questions and responses are sent in the body of the email and the uploaded photos sent as email attachments. I would like to now combine the responses and attachments into a single PDF document and send that as an attachment via email to a specific address each time the form is submitted. Is this possible without having to purchase a 3rd party add-in?
