Hello,
Is it possible to create a PA flow that can get content from Slack and post it elsewhere? If so, how can I do this?

Yes you can definitely do that. There's tons of slack connectors, and they're free!

What do you want your trigger to be? Right now, there is unfortunately only a single Slack trigger ("When a file is created"), but you could always create Manual or Recurring and grab what you need.
What are your goals? Are you looking for keywords, posts in a specific channel, or by a certain user? Or just to back-up any files posted elsewhere? (If the latter, the trigger will work perfectly for you.)
