(0) ShareShare

Hello,

I have a SharePoint that I use as my staging only two columns are being updated.

How do I remove/clear the values in two columns using flows?

Any ideas?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want to delete all the rows in your sharepoint list which has only two columns?

If yes, you could refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

    Hi @Anonymous,

You could use Get items action to get all rows in the SharePint list, then use Apply to each + Update item action + null value to update the two columns you want to remove:

    Thanks for the response.

I should have mentioned I have 14 columns and two of the columns should be blank every quarter end.

Hi @v-litu-msft  can your solution work for the requirement?

    Hi @Anonymous,

Yes, You could have a try. It will empty the columns you want and other columns will not be affected.
