Populate a word template from form quiz using power automate

Hello,
 
I am trying to automate the process of triggering a flow on submission, populate a field in word template from AD and send it via email however so far I have no luck.

    Your image does not seem to be attached. Please update your post with an image of your flow and how your Word template is configured. Also, explain what you mean by populate a field in word template from AD. The process is rather simple:
    • Trigger: When a new response is submitted
    • Get response details
    • Populate a Microsoft Word template
    • Send an e-mail
    I cannot tell you what to do with the AD part until I know what that means.
