Hey @AR-06051213-0

When your trial expires, the next time you go to Copilot Studio, you should be presented with a screen to extend your trial for a further 30 days

You say you are unable to extend - are you seeing that screen? Are you getting an error when trying to extend?

When your trial expires, navigating to Copilot Studio should be presented with a screen to extend your trial for a further 30 days

Please share the screenshot if there is any error. If not, error i would also suggest raising the support ticket

did not see @Bezanca's reply when I saw no reply, hence i posted. After posting, I realize there's already one .

No problem @Vish WR, I've done that a few times aswell!

One other thing to highlight @AR-06051213-0, if for some reason the extension screen doesn't present itself, then here's another way to start a new trial. Go into an agent in Copilot Studio and you'll see the option at the bottom of the screen underneath 'Do more with Copilot Studio', click the 'Start a trial' button.
