I try to load the source into the knowledge base for my agent, but it never completes. Is it still in process?

    If the source has been “In process” for a long time (hours), it’s probably stuck rather than still indexing normally.
    I would try removing and re-adding the source. Maybe test it with a very small file to verify it is working. 
    Also verify file type/size and permissions (especially for SharePoint sources).
     
    Can you share what type of source/resource you’re adding (uploaded file, SharePoint, website URL, etc.)?
