WinAutomation Licensing

Hello,

I am having a difficulty accessing WinAutomation on my machine, the tenant admin has not been able to offer a solution either so I am reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced a similar problem.  I have installed the application but continually get the prompt to purchase licensing.  I am aware of the instructions on deleting file in the %localappdata%\Softomotive\WinAutomation\msalcache.bin3  but this does not help.  I have installed numerous times on my machine and a VM with the same result.  Other members of my team can remote in and sign in with their credential with out issue.  My subscription appears to grant me access but I have little experience with what these mean or if there could be a conflict.

If someone with more experience can provide a solution it would be greatly appreciated.  We are very excited to try it.

    Re: WinAutomation Licensing

To use WinAutomation (otherwise known as UI Flows) you will need a Power Automate license that includes RPA.  I suspect you have the regular Power Automate license that comes with Office 365.  You can find the details for the specific license you need here:

    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

You need the "Per User plan with attended RPA".  There is a free trial available.
