Unable to access Office Scripts in Excel

Hi there. We are unable to access scripts in Excel on Windows on a couple of Windows machines. A message appears: You don't have access to Office Scripts Your organization's admin may have turned off this feature, or you don't meet the requirements.

 

I am the Admin and have confirmed that Office Scripts is indeed enabled:

However, if we use Excel on web or Excel on Mac, the script function does load and work. Anyone have any ideas?

    Please can You advise if the issue has been solved? If Yes? What was the reason and how to manage this? I am facing the same problem right now..
