What I'm trying to do is have a Flow that every 3 months look at all the items inserted into a list. and focus on three columns to populate another list. The first condition will seperate entries by CERTAIN values of the first column, the second column will have to meet the requierements of having 10 or more of ANY value to be considered, and of those items that meet 10 or more they will also have to meet a CERTAIN value on a third column. after that the top 5 of those will be sent to populate another list.
So for example I am creating a system to report safety issues at a plant. The columns are broken down by one's organization, organization they are auditing, critical behavoir, safe, reinforced, unsafe, confronted, not observed.

Lets say from the first photo there are 100 submissions. Out of those 100 subissions there were 13 organizations audited and only 7 of them had 10 or more of the same critical behavior inputed. now out of those 10 or more critical behaviors there were only 4 that had 1 or more unsafe conditions. I want the next list to be populated in 3 months for someone to continue to audit them. so that means that this list above would be a template. is this even possible?
