Crazy view results in my Oracle linked view

I created a view in Oracle that has a date (BSC_START)  and some calculations based on that date (week and day of week).  The results in my linked Powerapps gallery are different than the table.  I have Removed and Re-Linked the view and still the same thing.  Below you will see the date as being 6/7/2026.  The Day is Monday (which is not correct).  The second screen shot, you will see that the date is 6/8/2026 and Monday which is correct.  How on earth can the dates be different between the actual database and the gallery.
 
Here you can see there are not even any rows that have 6/7/2026 in the view

    the most likely root cause is a timezone conversion of the Oracle date field within the Oracle connector, causing midnight values to shift back one day in Power Apps.

    The first thing I would do is display:
    • Text(ThisItem.BSC_START, "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss")
    in the gallery. That will usually reveal the hidden time component and confirm whether the date is being shifted by timezone conversion.

    Thank you for your response.  I'm not sure what this tells me.  If it is a timezone issue, who/how do I get this resolved?  Is it the person responsible for the gateway is it a setting in my powerapps?
