Publising agent takes more than 48h+

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with publishing a Copilot Studio agent.

The agent has already been published and approved in the Admin Center, but the publishing process is taking more than 48 hours to complete.

Can you clarify which channel you're publishing to — Teams, a custom website, or something else? That helps narrow down where the delay is happening.

That said, 48h+ is definitely not normal. A few things worth checking first go to admin.microsoft.com → Service Health and see if there's any ongoing incident with Teams or Copilot Studio. Sometimes, publish delays are service-side.

If everything looks clean on Service Health, try unpublishing and republishing the agent. Also, double-check the Teams app submission status in the Teams Admin Center under Manage Apps  sometimes it sits in a "submitted" state waiting on something even after you think it's approved.

If it's still stuck, raise a support ticket through the Power Platform Admin Center since this is likely something only Microsoft can unblock on their end.

I tried to publish to Teams. Service Health didn't so any exceptions.

Solution:  I unpublished it, and tried to switch the acceptance from admin.cloud.microsoft -> Teams Admin Center. After that Copilot Studio agent appeared to Built for your org Under Teams Apps.
