Hi all,
I'm creating a survey In Power Apps that has some extra functionality which is why I'm not using MS Forms. Also using it as a learning opportunity.
My final question gives the user a choice between 10 training events - and asks the user to rank them in order of preference.
Initially I'd wanted to build a drag and drop function and found this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mlrg0OfF4e8 - unfortunately, I don't have the rights to import new components. So I have to use functionality that pre exists in PowerApps.
My Questions to you is **** What's the best way of building in this type of functionality that will allow me to patch the answers through to a SharePoint List? I'd thought about just using simple text boxes and drop downs, but I'd ideally like the dropdowns to be limited... meaning that when the user has already selected their 1st preference, the number one then becomes unavailable for other choices.
I hope this makes sense - please see the example below of what the finished result might look like. Doesn't have to be perfect as long as I can capture the preferences.
