Hi there,
We are about to sign up with PVA and Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Even so, I have more questions in which I can't find the solution around it.
On PVA Omnichannel, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, there is an option to upload a file and display on the bot.
Question:
Can I get the file uploaded and save it in a variable and perhaps send it to my SQL server through the SQL connector and Power Automate?
Some of the process we want to include in the bot is for the user to upload a document, which is necessary for the process flow and customer service through the bot.
If there is another way to do it, please advice.
If there is a page or video that could be sent to go through that also would be great.
